These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Charm Thai Cafe website and the services we provide, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Charm Thai Cafe is an independent Thai restaurant located at 67 Copley Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2QP. You can contact us on 01302 210408.

You may use our website for browsing menu information, viewing our location and hours, reading blog content, and making contact or booking enquiries. You agree:

3. Orders and bookings

All orders and bookings are taken in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking at our discretion - for example, where we are fully booked, where we cannot meet a specific dietary requirement safely, or where ingredients are unavailable.

Reservations are held for a reasonable time. If you are running late, please call us. We may release tables held for more than 15 minutes past the reservation time on busy services, where space is needed for other guests.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices on our menu and website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept cash and card payments in person, and card payments by phone for collection and delivery orders.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within approximately 8 miles of our restaurant for a flat fee of £2. Delivery times depend on order volume and traffic conditions and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For delivery orders, please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. Our driver may attempt to contact you if they cannot find your address or if there is no answer at the door.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. If you have an allergy or intolerance, you must inform us when placing your order. We use authentic Thai ingredients in our kitchen including peanuts, shellfish, soy, wheat, and other common allergens. While we do everything we can to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

If you have coeliac disease or a severe allergy, please speak with our team before ordering so we can advise on the safest options.

7. Cancellations and refunds

For takeaway and delivery orders that have already been prepared, we are unable to offer cancellations once cooking has started. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

For table bookings, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel - this allows us to offer the table to other guests.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website - including text, photographs, logos, and design - is the property of Charm Thai Cafe or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.

9. Reviews and user content

We welcome honest reviews on third-party platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, HappyCow, etc.). Reviews on those platforms are governed by their own terms. If you believe a review of our restaurant is factually incorrect or defamatory, please contact us so we can respond appropriately.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of your order or booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Third-party links

Our website may include links to external sites (for example, social media platforms and review sites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

12. Bring Your Own (BYO)

We are a BYO restaurant and do not charge corkage. You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits to enjoy with your meal. We do not sell alcohol on the premises.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date last updated at the top.
