Doncaster Thai Restaurant Charm Thai Cafe Receives Food Hygiene Rating of 5

DONCASTER, South Yorkshire, 11 September 2026. Charm Thai Cafe, an independent Thai restaurant at 67 Copley Road in Doncaster, has received a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 following an inspection on 7 July 2026.

The official Food Standards Agency record reports good standards for hygienic food handling, the cleanliness and condition of the premises, and the management of food safety. A rating of 5 is the highest score under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and means hygiene standards were very good at the time of inspection.

A Kitchen Led by Manager and Head Chef Rin

Manager and Head Chef Rin leads the kitchen and has more than 10 years of experience across South Yorkshire. The menu includes dishes such as Pad Thai, green curry, Massaman curry, Panang curry, Pad Kra Pao, Pad See Eew, Pad Kee Mao and dark noodle soup. Dishes are cooked to order, with spice adjusted when requested.

Charm Thai Cafe offers dine-in, takeaway and local delivery. It is also a BYO Thai restaurant in Doncaster, allowing guests to bring their own alcohol with no corkage charge. The restaurant does not add a service charge.

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Halal chicken and beef are available, although pork is also served, so the whole restaurant is not halal. Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should speak to the team before ordering.
