Every plate you see here was cooked at 67 Copley Road, Doncaster by Head Chef Rin, who has been cooking Thai food across South Yorkshire for over ten years. The photos are honest - no stock images, no styled studio shots, just the food as it leaves the kitchen.

Browse through curries built on imported Thai pastes, hand-rolled spring rolls and dumplings, stir fries finished in the wok per order, and noodle dishes built around 5mm Pad Thai rice noodles and 10mm Pad See Eew ribbons. There are vegan dishes throughout the menu, halal chicken and beef, and gluten free adaptations for most mains. The signature dark noodle soup - Rin's recipe, slow-built broth - sits alongside classics like green curry, panang, massaman, and the herbal jungle curry that breaks every coconut milk rule.

The dining room is small by design. Five tables only, which means Rin can cook every dish to order rather than working a pass at speed.
