From most of the town-centre hotels you are looking at a five to ten minute walk - the Premier Inn at High Fishergate, the Mercure Danum on High Street, the Regent Hotel at Regent Square, and Primelodge on Christ Church Road are all comfortably within range.
It is the kind of walk that fits a proper evening out. Stroll over, sit down to a real meal, walk back without worrying about taxis or designated drivers. We are open until 9pm Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, so there is no rush even if your check-in ran late.

Delivery To Your Hotel
Order in if you would rather stay put
If you would rather eat in your room after a long day, delivery reaches any hotel within eight miles of Copley Road. That covers the town-centre hotels, the Lakeside cluster, the Premier Inn out at Lakeside, and the Holiday Inn Express on the way to the M18.
It is a flat £2 delivery fee within the eight-mile range. Phone 01302 210408, tell us the hotel and room number, and we will phone you when the driver pulls up so you can meet at reception or the entrance. Some hotels prefer that to a driver in the lobby.
If you prefer to collect, takeaway is the same idea - phone ahead, food ready in 10 to 15 minutes, walk over from the town centre or pop down by car.
Race Week, Festival Week, Event Nights
If you are in Doncaster for an event
A good portion of our visitor trade comes through the events calendar. Race meetings throughout the flat season, St Leger Festival in September, the Christmas Market in late autumn, summer events around town - hotels in Doncaster fill up around these weeks, and a five-table restaurant on Copley Road becomes a useful alternative to the hotel restaurants and the chain pubs.
