What Makes Rin's Spring Rolls Different
Crisp, golden spring rolls, handmade in-house by Rin rather than bought in. Two versions are on the menu: Handmade Chicken Spring Rolls, made with minced chicken and mixed vegetables, and Vegetarian Thai Spring Rolls, packed with a seasoned mix of vegetables and glass noodles - both hand-rolled in our kitchen on Copley Road and served with sweet chilli sauce.
They're one of the most-ordered starters on the menu at Charm Thai Cafe, and a regular feature on shared-plate tables.
