Authentic Thai Cuisine Cooked to Order
Rin has been cooking Thai food across South Yorkshire for over a decade. The curry pastes she uses are imported direct from Thailand - Mae Ploy, the same brand used in Bangkok kitchens. The sauces, stocks, Pad Thai sauce, satay sauce and the prep for the kra pao base are all completed daily in our kitchen under Rin's direction. The spring rolls and dumplings are handmade in-house.
Halal chicken and beef are available across the mains, and the vegan menu runs in parallel with proper vegan oyster sauce and egg-free vegan Pad Thai. Many dishes can be prepared using gluten-free ingredients on request - we use GF rice noodles and have GF soy and oyster sauce in the kitchen.
